Stencil Library terms and conditions |
GUARANTEE
If for any reason you should damage your stencil, regardless of how it happened, return it to The Stencil Library and we will pay the first 50% towards the cost of a replacement stencil (must be the identical stencil). This guarantee can only be used with our own brand stencils, we cannot guarantee those from other manufacturers.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation reference number will be displayed on the screen. Please make a note of this number or print the screen for your records as we will need this reference number to check, amend or cancel your order. You will also receive an automatic email confirmation of your order.
As all our stencils are made-to-order and your stencils will be made especially for you, you will have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel or change the order without penalty. After the 24 hour grace period, your order will be processed and put into production. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund unless faulty (see GUARANTEE above). In order to avoid disappointment, please check your order and the sizes of the stencils very carefully before submitting it. If you are unsure of anything or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you and are here to make sure you get exactly what you want.
PRIVACY POLICY
In order that we can contact you easily if there is further information we need or there are any problems or difficulties with your order you must enter your email address on the order form. We also maintain an opt-in mailing list so that, from time to time, we can contact you with information about special offers or new ranges and products. If you would like to be added to this list please check the box on the order form. This mailing list is for our own internal use only and your details will not be disclosed to any third party. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending us an email.
