An inspirational journey through the world famous home of The Stencil Library. A narrative by Helen Morris, co founder of The Stencil Library, accompanies the viewer around 15 themed rooms in her house. Amongst them are the gilded splendours of Napoleon’s room, the drama of the Ottoman room, the calm contemporary hallway with its collection of stencilled ‘art’, the colourful Indian library and the vintage chic of Rachel’s kitchen. Some of these rooms have been featured in books, magazines and television programmes both in Britain and The U.S. The tour concludes with an informal tutorial from Helen. Packed with information it shows how the various stencilled effects were achieved. Running time: approximately 75 minutes.
